Lautman Maska Neill & Company announces the promotion of three impactful leaders to Lautman’s Executive Team to support future growth:
Bryan Evangelista and Lesley Hostetter were promoted to Executive Vice President. In their new roles, Bryan and Lesley will have expanded responsibility for business development and the firm’s industry presence, as well as expanded roles in overall client management.
Erin Cooper was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In her new role, Erin will continue to be responsible for Lautman’s Finance Department and as COO will now also oversee Lautman’s technology, systems and lease management.
As new members of the Executive Team, Bryan, Lesley and Erin join Partners Lisa Maska and Tiffany Neill and Amy Sukol, Principal, in guiding the strategic growth of Lautman
“Bryan Evangelista was instrumental in creating our in-house Analytics Department, and Lesley Hostetter built our in-house digital team — two key ways that Lautman helps organizations achieve their goals and fulfill their missions. We are thrilled to recognize their strategic and insightful leadership through these promotions,” said Lisa Maska, Partner.
Bryan is active within the industry, serving on the ADRFCO Board and as Chair of the MAXI’s Committee of the DMAW. He speaks regularly at conferences, and his campaigns have been recognized with industry awards, including the MAXI’s and DMFA Package of the Year.
As a multi-channel expert, Lesley speaks regularly at conferences, and her campaigns have been recognized with industry awards, including the MAXI’s and DMFA Package of the Year. In 2013, Lesley was honored with the DMAW’s Rising Star Award.
“Over the past five years, Erin Cooper has built out our Finance Department and created new accounts payable, invoicing and tracking processes — scaling up capacity to meet the needs of our growing company. We are proud of her achievements and look forward to this next exciting phase of her leadership,” added Tiffany Neill, Partner.
Erin serves on the board of the Inclusion Allies Coalition (IAC), which is a group of organizations and practitioners committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. They provide resources, advocacy, networking and webinars for dialogues across differences to promote inclusion.
Bryan, Lesley and Erin embody Lautman values and exhibit the leadership, vision and commitment that strengthen our firm — and we are so pleased to recognize them with these promotions and welcome them to the Executive Team. Please join us in congratulating them!
Lautman also announces the addition of two Vice Presidents to the firm’s Leadership Team:
Lynsey Gallagher, Vice President, Accounts & Co-op and Marie Kosanovich, Vice President, Accounts were added to the firm’s Leadership Team, which focuses on providing the superior service and diverse offerings our clients need, as well as developing and retaining our excellent team members.
In her 15+ years with the firm, Lynsey has raised millions of dollars for dozens of nonprofit organizations. She also directs client services for the firm’s Meals on Wheels National Co-op, a consortium of more than 40 regional meal providers across the United States. Lynsey is active within the industry, volunteering with DMAW and the TNPA, and she leads Lautman’s internal Volunteer Committee efforts.
Marie has worked in the industry for more than 25 years and has been dedicated to nonprofit fundraising for the past 16. In addition to raising millions of dollars for many nonprofit organizations over the years, she co-leads our internal account training efforts. Marie has served on the DMAW Board (including a term as President in 2019) and the TNPA Board and was recently named Co-Chair of the 2024 Bridge Conference.
For the past ten years, Lautman’s Leadership Team has worked tirelessly to support the continued growth of the company. Together they have built a strong company, expanded our offerings, built out our departments and increased our client portfolio. Both Marie and Lynsey embody the internal and external leadership that strengthen our company, and we are excited for them to join this group that also includes Erin Cooper, Jacqui Davis, Mike DeFlavia, Bryan Evangelista, Lesley Hostetter, Robin Perry, Amy Sukol and Vicki Viera as well as Partners Lisa Maska and Tiffany Neill.
