System Administrator
We are hiring a System Administrator who is eager to be part of a company that is making the world a better place.
We are looking for someone who will ensure that our technology infrastructure is the best in class and runs smoothly and efficiently by monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues, with a focus on optimizing our SharePoint platform, managing on-prem servers and SQL database operations.
In this position you will implement and manage company hardware and software inventory, showcase expertise in information security, build solutions and provide end-user training. You will assist with developing the overall IT strategy for the Company which includes managing the relationship with external IT partners, ensuring compliance with and adherence to contractual terms and SLAs, as well as serving as the primary administrator for Microsoft services and licenses.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience administering and managing SharePoint, have proficiency with Windows/Linux based servers, online Microsoft services and SQL, working with a hybrid Azure Active Directory, managing Windows Enterprise licensing and experience with providing day-to-day user support and training.
The ideal candidate must have three or more years’ experience as a systems administrator or similar role. This is an exempt position that requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Remote employees will not be considered. The salary range is $85,000-95,000.

Senior Digital Advertising Specialist
Are you a digital expert who wants to help raise money for incredible causes AND work alongside some of the brightest minds in the fundraising business? We are hiring a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing team and work with some incredible nonprofits!
In this position, you will run the digital advertising programs for several nonprofit clients. Working as part of a multi-channel team, you will create the strategy and manage the execution of advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms, monitoring results and providing recommendations to optimize performance, and budgets, along the way.
We are looking for someone who has proven, successful experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads, and who is familiar with eCRMs such as Engaging Networks and EveryAction.
You should have 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising with the ability to multi-task, work in a detailed manner, think analytically and be a creative problem solver. Salary range is $70,000-80,000 and we offer excellent benefits. Remote candidates will be considered.

Account Coordinator
Under the supervision of a Senior Account Executive and/or Account Manager or Director, and working closely with production staff, our Account Coordinators are responsible for managing the steps necessary to execute a direct response fundraising effort, including: list selection and segmentation, data processing, creative development and quality control.
You should have a basic understanding of direct response fundraising and the ability to work as part of a team to fulfill client needs.
To succeed in this position, you should have 2 years’ experience working in fundraising and/or direct marketing. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented team-player, able to manage multiple projects and with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Accounts Payable Specialist
Our Finance & Accounting department is expanding, and we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is eager to be part of a company that is making the world a better place.
In this position, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all incoming vendor bills including routing for approval and billing, and ensuring vendor payments are remitted within terms. You will manage all Accounts Payable activity related to invoices from contractors, vendors and service providers for client work and company overhead expenses.
You must have a minimum of two to three years’ office experience in a finance, accounting, or operations position and be able to take direction from multiple channels in a fast paced, high demand environment. General knowledge of accounting principles and functional experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks is preferred. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate strong teamwork skills, exceptional organizational abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is a non-exempt position that requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office. Remote employees will not be considered. The salary range is $53,000-55,000.
