We firmly believe that Black Lives Matter and that change is needed. A change that ensures no marginalized group is condemned or diminished for the advancement of another.

We are committed to promoting an equitable, diverse and inclusive culture of change at Lautman. We will continue to seek partnerships with organizations committed to equality and creating a better country. We continue to match the contributions our staff make to organizations bringing about positive change. We are, and will remain, committed to having our company help to bend the arc towards justice, and continue to be open to challenging ourselves and asking if we are doing enough.
