As the Analytics Director at Lautman, Alex (he/him/his) oversees the entire Analytics Department. As the leader of the department, he spearheads new analytical innovations that allow our teams to provide insightful reports to our nonprofit clients. He is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the functionality and optimization of our reporting tools, and training staff on how to interpret analytic reports.   

 As a member of Lautman’s Tech Committee, he plays a key role in identifying better ways to work. Alex’s leadership role extends outside the office, serving as a Cub Scout Master for his sons’ elementary school. As an avid musician, he plays the piano, fiddle, banjo, and guitar as part of a bluegrass band.
